A couple weekends ago, Reese and I headed to the Desert Botanical Gardens to attend a Flashlight Tour. We arrived a little after it started at 7pm and it was still over 100 degrees. We saw an owl, a turtle, and a snake. Reese was able to do some crafts and we walked a lot. A little after 8pm (bedtime), Reese look at me said "It's really dark, Mom. And my feet are tired." So, she hopped on for a piggy-back ride and we stopped for an ice cream cone on the way home.
It was a fun night out just the two of us!
