Hear-muffs

Reese's class was learning about the five senses this week.  They smelled, tasted and touched different things  as they learned.  She came home with a brain hat one day and then her hear-muffs (see above).  Her earmuffs are diagrams of her ear which she then colored and taped to this headband.  She said that day at school her class went on a hearing walk to see what they could hear.  She said they heard birds, bugs and cars but also a unicorn and a zombie.  Maybe I should be concerned about where I am sending her to school or just happy that preschoolers have healthy imaginations!  She has been wearing her earmuffs a lot since they came home and I can't help but giggle every time she puts them on!
