We used to go apple picking every September when I was younger and we brought back the tradition this year by taking Reese. She rode in the front carrier and was happy the whole time - she is such a trooper. The gala apples were the best by far so that is what we picked. Then we walked over to their country store and bought apple cider, carmel puffs, pumpkin muffin mix and handmade donuts - that are to die for. It was another beautiful day with a beautiful girl!
"Don't worry, Aunt Lindsey. I've got it!"
I see apple crisp and maybe an apple pie in my future...
