Summer Reading Club took over my summer. All of a sudden it was the day before Reese started kindergarten. I decided to take a vacation day
The dolphin show was the most exciting part of the day.
Until there was a raccoon with a jar stuck on its head in the tiger cage (thankfully the tiger didn't notice). Then the monkeys were talking to each other very loudly which was entertaining.
The new orangutan enclosure allowed us to get up close and personal. We also learned a lot.
We saw all kinds of animals then headed back to the dolphin tank where we watched a show from inside the tank. Reese loved it but had a hard time keeping quiet.
We ended our trip inside the butterfly garden where Reese was disappointed that none of them landed on her. Oh well, maybe next time.
